My Definition Of Success | Success to me has to do with living your purpose to the fullest potential without constrains.

I Am Driven By | The idea to make an impact.

The Difference Between Good And Great | I think for me everyone can be good at virtually anything but it’s not easy to be great at something when you don’t have the passion for it.

A Key Talent | It has always been the curiosity or willingness to learn and focus on that one thing that you feel passionate about. Everybody with talent has to mould it in-order to become the best at it because we all have different talents but only the outstanding ones become the most rewarded.

The Characteristics Of Success | Being humble a good attitude and curiosity.

Principles I Live By | Integrity

Critical Skills I Develop | The ability to sell my services/products which is SALES, Technically it would be developing outstanding campaigns.

How I Use My Mind | I raise my expectations to the highest level so that when I don’t meet my goals exactly I have at-least exceeded more than 50%. I become unreasonable in my expectations.

Lessons I Have Learnt | I’ve learned especially in business that people have different motives so you have to know what you want and accept nothing less.

Thabang-Mashiloane_P2Dealing With Doubt | When I decided to operate my business in the corporate environment it was not an easy decision to make because I had no capital to maintain my business and I never worked for anybody. I had even less connections. Everybody around me was telling me to get a job as I had graduated with a BTEC in IT. I had an instinct about business that there are more opportunities than challenges.

Performing At My Peak | Momentum is always maintained when you surround yourself with people that are better than you so I’m always looking for people that can challenge me.

Resources I Use To Stay Inspired | I like to keep up with what’s happening in the Silicon Valley because I believe that’s where the future is manufactured. I read a lot of books about entrepreneurship and Innovative technology, latest being Peter Theil’s Zero To One and The Innovators Dilemma.

My Future Dreams And Ambitions | Although I believe it’s unnecessary to travel for business because of technology, being Skype or E-mail, but I would still like to see other parts of the world through business trips mainly Japan and San Francisco.

The Meaning Of Life | If we all had what we wanted in life then there wouldn’t be a need to hustle. I think the end result of what we chase every day is happiness. If you do what makes you happy everyday then you’ve made a meaning of your life.

The Best Advice I’ve Received | I wouldn’t call it advice but the major suggestion I got from someone, was that I needed to rise from where I was to the highest level for good reasons, so all I had to do is to figure out how I was going to do it. Which became a very long tasks because I had to work on my mindset after realizing that I needed to raise my level of consciousness. I believe that we are born to win but conditioned to lose so I had to condition myself to win by raising consciousness because it all starts from the mind.

Thabang-Mashiloane_P1Advice On Building Wealth | I think being poor or rich is intentional and people know how to do it either consciously or unconsciously because that’s how they’ve been taught. The fundamentals of wealth have to do with thinking, not the money itself.

I Am Inspired By | Locally I would say it’s Zibusiso Mkhwanazi, Internationally it has to be Jack Dorsey and Larry Page.

The Legacy I Would Like To Leave | I would like to change the face of technology in Africa. At the moment we are only represented by innovators outside. I would like to be the African face representing Africa in Technology globally.
